BIMT Campus, in collaboration with AIT Extension (Asian Institute of Technology), Thailand, proudly facilitated the participation of a delegation from Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC in the Professional Development Program on Women Leadership in the Banking Sector, held in Thailand from 22 to 28 June 2026.

This international executive development program was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities among women banking professionals by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and strategic mindset required to lead in today’s rapidly evolving financial sector.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in a comprehensive series of expert-led sessions covering strategic leadership, interpersonal intelligence, organizational synergy, executive communication, sustainable leadership, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and leading organizational change. The learning experience also included a study visit to the Krungsri Innovation Hub, where participants explored human-centric innovation and service excellence in banking, as well as interactive workshops, panel discussions, group presentations, and networking opportunities with industry experts from leading financial institutions in Thailand.

Beyond the classroom, the program incorporated a cultural visit, providing participants with valuable international exposure while fostering cross-cultural understanding and professional networking.
