Day 2 – Strengthening Executive Presence Through Innovation and Communication

The second day of the Professional Development Program on Women Leadership in the Banking Sector focused on enhancing participants’ leadership effectiveness through practical learning and industry exposure. The day began with a Simulation Session on “High-Impact Communication: Building Executive Presence and Trust,” facilitated by Mr. Voravate of AIT Extension, where participants developed advanced communication techniques, executive presence, and strategies for building trust and influence in leadership roles.

In the afternoon, participants visited the Krungsri Innovation Hub for a Study Visit on Human-Centric Technology and Service Excellence in Banking. The visit provided valuable insights into digital innovation, customer-centric banking solutions, and best practices that are shaping the future of the financial services industry, offering participants a first-hand look at how technology and innovation drive service excellence in modern banking.
