Requirements

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing or a related qualification from a recognized institute/university.
2–3 years of experience in education or a related field.
Fluency in English and strong computer skills.
Self-motivated with excellent client acquisition skills.
Availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

Address customer and prospective student queries, providing accurate guidance.
Handle student registrations efficiently.
Follow up on student inquiries from the call center, social media, and other sources.
Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programs.
Achieve deadlines and targets set by management.
