Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counseling to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters.
Offer guidance on course selection, study strategies, and time management.
Address students’ emotional and mental health needs with empathy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and support at-risk students.
Conduct workshops and group sessions on personal development and career readiness.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an advantage.
