The fifth day marked the successful conclusion of the Professional Development Program on Women Leadership in the Banking Sector. Participants took part in the Final Workshop and Group Presentations, where they showcased the knowledge, leadership strategies, and practical insights gained throughout the program while engaging in collaborative discussions with fellow participants and facilitators.

The program concluded with a Closing Ceremony conducted by the AIT Extension Team, recognizing the participants’ commitment to professional growth and celebrating the successful completion of the international leadership programme.

Following the academic sessions, participants enjoyed a Cultural Visit, providing an opportunity to experience Thailand’s rich cultural heritage, strengthen professional networks, and reflect on their learning journey in an international setting.
